Why the Wizard?

Design the mosaic—not the workaround.

A custom mosaic should not require Photoshop, graph paper, spreadsheets, manual tile counts, and repeated redraws. Whether your starting point is a photograph, a gradient, a pattern, or an original design, the Mosaic Design Wizard keeps the creative work tied to real tile, real dimensions, and a design that can actually be fabricated.

From idea to fabrication Pictures • Gradients • Patterns
One design, all the way through. Explore it, refine it, price it, and send the exact tile grid toward fabrication.

Built around the decisions that make a real mosaic work.

The Wizard is more than a picture-to-pixel effect. It is a purpose-built design environment for creating custom mosaics in the materials, proportions, geometry, and detail level your project actually requires.

1

Start with a picture, gradient, pattern, or your own design

Upload a photograph, create a smooth or shaped gradient, begin with a pattern, or work directly in the tile grid. You are not limited to one kind of mosaic.

2

Use tile you can actually buy

Design with real tile collections and real palette colors instead of unlimited digital colors that may not exist as physical material.

3

Design at exact physical size

Set the finished dimensions and tile size so the pattern, gradient, or picture is designed for the actual wall, backsplash, niche, feature area, or mural.

4

Save hours on backsplashes and niches

Kitchen and bath mosaics rarely live in simple rectangles. The backsplash mode handles changes in height and shape directly, so a designer does not have to redraw, crop, resize, and reconcile separate sections by hand. Add a niche with its real size and depth, choose the faces to include, and keep the design flowing through the niche instead of laying out each face as a separate mini-project. Work that can take hours in general-purpose graphics software becomes part of the design itself.

5

Refine gradients, grout, placement, and individual tiles

Adjust the overall design, explore placement behavior, preview grout, and edit individual pieces when the composition needs more than an automatic conversion.

6

Know what the design requires—and carry it into fabrication

Get tile counts and pricing from the design itself, then preserve the exact tile grid for ordering and fabrication instead of ending with a rendering that somebody has to interpret again.

Replace a patchwork of generic tools with one mosaic-specific workflow.

Every handoff between graphics software, graph paper, spreadsheets, quantity calculations, and fabrication introduces more work and another chance for the design to change. The Wizard keeps the important information together. For kitchen and bath designers, that matters especially around backsplashes and niches: changes in height, shaped areas, niche openings, and niche faces are handled inside the same design rather than being recreated and coordinated manually in separate drawings.

01Create a picture mosaic, gradient, pattern, or custom layout.
02Refine it using real tile palettes, dimensions, grout, and tile-level editing.
03See tile quantities and price while the design is still editable.
04Carry the approved tile grid forward to fabrication.

See what your mosaic can become before it becomes tile.
